Chrissy Teigen has decided to step away from social media as she is in a "grief depression hole" following her heartbreaking loss of baby son Jack in September. The 34-year-old model spoke out on Twitter about her feelings at the moment and how she will be falling silent on social media for a while as she grieves in private.

Writing on Twitter on Wednesday, Chrissy told her followers: "I’m not tweeting much because I’m honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon."
