Mike Tyson has revealed he used his baby's urine to pass drug tests during his heavyweight career. The 54-year-old, who returns to the ring this month against Roy Jones Jr, battled a serious drug addiction in his prime. He has admitted to fighting while under the influence - and was forced to come up with bizarre ways to avoid being caught. Tyson has previously said he used a fake penis - a 'Whizzinator' - which allowed him to 'pass' clean urine. And he has now admitted he often used his baby's urine as he was worried his wife's would show he was 'pregnant'.
