The story of Deputy President William Ruto being a chicken seller has been re-told probably a million times, there is however an untold dream he harbored as hawked kuku kienyeji on the Great North Road.

Speaking on April 16, Ruto narrated that his self-proclaimed ‘hustler’ tag was no walk in the park as he struggled to make ends meet during his formative years.
