• Emmy Kosgei’s brother, Meshack Kipkoech was found guilty of hitting and killing a man in a road accident
• Court has ordered him to pay Sh954, 000 within 10 days to the victim’s mother

A court has ordered Meshack Kipkpoech, brother to Gospel artist Emmy Kosgei, to pay Sh. 954, 000 within 10 days.

The money is awarded to the victim, Mr Andrew Cheruiyot, who died in the 2008 road accident along Mogotio-Marigat road in Baringo.
