Suzanna Owiyo’s husband, Erick Ounga, is the latest victim of the rising insecurity in Kisumu City. Ounga who is currently recuperating at the Aga Khan Hospital says he is grateful to God for his miraculous survival. He was reportedly shot at his home near Kiboswa Market by suspected criminals at 11pm.
