Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has warned school principals against sacrificing learners' talents and holistic development in pursuit of academic excellence.

The CS said schools must provide equal opportunities for sports, music, drama and other co-curricular activities under the Competency-Based Education (CBE) system.
