I have been betting for 7 years, only won Sh20,000

Dear Dr Pesa,

I am 27-years-old and I think I'm addicted to gambling. I married young, at 24, and our second born is already on the way. I started betting when I saw people winning hundreds of millions in jackpots. I have won a few times (about Sh20,000 in total) over the seven years I've been betting, but it's nothing compared to the several hundreds of thousands I have 'invested' in the game. I am a successful entrepreneur but I save nothing and I'm worried my business will crash and my wife will leave. How can I control this? Do I really need to stop? And if not, how can I indulge with moderation?
