Virginia Roberts reveals details of how Prince Andrew seduced her when she was underage

England: The 29-year-old alleges the duke could not take his eyes off her when they first met and showered her with compliments before they slept together.

In the 24 pages of accusations, Virginia also claims she undressed slowly for Andrew – who denies all the allegations – to “put on a good show” and that the royal dad-of-two licked her toes and caressed her naked body.

Virginia claims she was flown to London at 17 in 2001 to meet Andrew by her “master” Jeffery Epstein who is alleged to have loaned her out to rich and powerful pals around the world for sex.

She stayed with Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of disgraced former Mirror publisher Robert, where the romp is alleged to have taken place.

In the diary, Virginia alleges the British socialite, who denies all the claims against her, told her they were going shopping because she needed a new dress “to dance with a prince”.

Virginia claims: “Ghislaine made it very apparent I needed to be very bubbly and energetic for our special guest as she told me he was expecting me and needed to be royally entertained...we were expecting His Royal Highness, Prince Andrew.”

And she wrote of the moment the duke arrived at Maxwell’s flat in London and they sat down to dinner.

The diary extract claims: “The prince’s attention towards me amplified… making eye contact at every given chance and concentrating at my plunging V-neck top. We later made an appearance at Club Tramp in the VIP section where Andrew did not hesitate to grab us both an alcoholic cocktail. We took a few sips, then headed for the dance floor.

“He was the most incredibly hideous dancer I had ever seen and not to mention how embarrassing it was to have to be the one he was smashing pelvics with, even if he was a prince.

“We stayed a little over an hour before his highness was dripping from sweat and ready to embark to a quieter setting, where we could get to know each other better. And from the way he was fondling me on the dance floor, I knew that was a man’s polite way of saying he wanted to intimately get acquainted.” Virginia, now a mum-of-three, claims the pair then headed back to Maxwell’s flat.

In the journal, written in 2009 and obtained by RadarOnline, she alleges: “I led him into the upstairs bathroom. I was doing my best trying to put on a good show for him by slowly undressing and started to pour a bath.

“The room quickly filled with steam as I turned to Andrew and began to kiss his neck and undress him.

“He was caressing every part of my naked body and filling my head with endless compliments about my figure.”

Virginia claims the pair then got in the bath together where they “continued with back and forth foreplay, touching, kissing, and him even licking my toes”.

And she alleges Andrew whispered to her: “I love your feet. They are so irresistible.” She then claims: “That was definitely a 1st for me, but I went with it all, fearful of letting down the prince and in turn Jeffrey and Ghislaine.

“The entire affair was short-lived, afterwards he was not the same attentive guy I had known for the last few hours. [He] quickly got dressed, said his goodbyes and slipped out of my bedroom.”

Since the allegations against Andrew emerged Buckingham Palace has strenuously denied any wrongdoing.

In an unprecedented statement a spokesman said: “It is emphatically denied that HRH Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts.

“The allegations made are false and without any foundation.”

Virginia is one of two women trying to join two others in a Florida lawsuit against disgraced tycoon Epstein, 61, who was jailed for 18 months in 2008 soliciting a minor. They claim they should have been told about a plea bargain the banker made with prosecutors that secured him a reduced sentence. It is believed he could have been jailed for up to 15 years.

Andrew, 54, who has been publicly supported by his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson over the scandal, is not party to Virginia’s court action. There is no evidence to prove the prince knew she was being paid by Epstein for sex or that she was under the age of consent at the time of the alleged affairs.

Within 11 months of FBI agents beginning their investigation federal prosecutors had identified more than 40 young women who may have been illegally procured by him. He was forced to register as a sex offender. Virginia claims she was flown around the world as the paedophile tycoon’s “sex slave” for the pleasure of world leaders, royalty and powerful businessmen.

She visited Paris, Spain and Morocco before heading to London.

Virginia claims in the court papers Maxwell allegedly recruited her at the age of 15 to be the “top girl” for Epstein after meeting her at a country club where she was working in Florida.

She alleges that while abroad she was tasked by Epstein with a number of daily chores including “massages, sex, and even dressing,” him but also to recruit more girls to fulfil his sick sexual lust. Virginia claims in the diary: “I would offer [girls] money to come meet my gentlemen friend and tell them I’d show them how to massage.

I never brought back a girl that ever said no, or didn’t want to participate in an erotic massage.”

In her journal she spoke about the high and lows of her time with Epstein writing: “But the way these men adored me, and many others like me, kind of made us feel like we weren’t so awkward after all.

“That was the nice side to these people, the other side was learning to accept money to degrade ourselves.”

Epstein’s lawyer Jack Goldberger rejected the claims made by Virginia.

He said: “These are stale, rehashed allegations that lawyers are attempting to repackage and spice up by adding the names of prominent people.

“The allegations, which are outlandish on their face and discredited by the evidence, were made in a civil case in which Mr. Epstein is not a party.”
