Oscar Sudi sponsors Ugandan boy who turned up for Timba XO pool tournament to raise fees

Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi has promised to cater for the education of 13-year-old Ugandan pool player, whom he met at the Timba XO pool tournament.

Amidst a sea of over 300 fierce competitors at the tournament, the Ugandan prodigy Herbert Mukisa, known in the circuit as the Dynamite Kid, caught the eye of Sudi.
