The management of Bondo Municipality has warned owners of livestock illegally roaming in the town that the animals will be impounded and auctioned.
Bondo municipal manager Mr Philip Mbindyo, in a notice, said the animals have become a menace, causing traffic jams, invading private property and spreading diseases.
