There was drama at the Kisii County Assembly as a motion to impeach the Deputy Governor Dr Robert Monda was tabled.
The motion tabled by Inchuni Ward Rep Wycliffe Siocha lays the ground for alleged abuse of office claims and violation of the constitution allegedly by Monda who has since termed the allegations as baseless and out of the law.
