Develop infrastructure in remote schools, govt urged

The Government should allocate more funds to infrastructural development in schools in remote pastoral regions to boost performance and enrollment, Kapenguria MP Samuel Moroto has said.

Mr Moroto criticised the poor structures and lack of facilities in schools in pastoral regions, which he blamed for high illiteracy rates and poor living standards.
