What President Uhuru Kenyatta is simply doing is firing the warning shot to members of his Cabinet. Which is very much in order, considering his position as the Head of State and Government and also the chair of Cabinet.
Through his recent public pronouncement, where he also warned his ministers against engaging in politics, the President was also trying to make the public aware of the deliberations of the Cabinet. Members of the public were not privy to what was discussed at statehouse during the cabinet meeting.
