Eldoret to profit from first Senate sittings outside Nairobi

The sittings, expected to cost Sh39million, are part of the normal House sittings and draw from article 126(1) of the Consititution.

"A sitting of either House may be held at any place within Kenya and may commence at any time that the House appoints'" the law states.
