Second, nobody knows your personal complaint the moment you get to the hospital gate unless you have shared with someone. Finally, maybe the woman didn’t share her tribulations with any hospital worker for waiving of the Sh30 fee. Remember public hospitals are not like private facilities where you arrive and are met at the gate. Heavens Bosire
