National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders have claimed that former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT manager Chris Msando was killed after he refused to surrender a password that was to used to rig the presidential elections.
The Alliance’s presidential candidate, Raila Odinga and co-principals Moses Wetang’ula and Musalia Mudavadi said investigations into Msando’s brutal murder was a waste of time and money because his killers were well known to the state.
