Just like the deputy president, Kimani Ichung’wa has been vocal in defending the Jubilee government even when critics are hot and fiery. This brings out the attribute of a loyalist to a system in both of them. The deputy president would love to have a strong loyalist on his side who would undertake to defend his administration as he quietly focuses on delivering his manifesto. He would love to operate like the current president.
