Governor pays the ultimate price after branded vehicle owners threaten to support rival

A governor in Mt Kenya region was forced to pay for branded advertisements after vehicle owners threatened to pluck off artworks selling his agenda.

The governor is reported to have ordered his aides to immediately pay of all owners of the branded vehicles including taxis with each earning Sh35,000 for the month of June.
