PAY NURSES AND SOLVE STRIKES ONCE AND FOR ALL.

We have witnessed strikes all over the country from not only doctors, lecturers, teachers, workers but also nurses. All demand rise in their earnings and improved working conditions. It is not that such things are new to us but what is depicted is that we are ignorant.

We know the causes of all these but unfortunately, we don’t know whom to blame. Political campaigns are going on and definitely, each aspirant has laid down their strategies on what to do to gain public recognition which would most probably, guarantee a win.

Ironically, money has been set aside to finance these so called 'campaigns' instead of paying the striking parties in order to bring them to a halt. Due to all this, nobody has taken action on the ongoing nurses’ strike yet Kenyans are suffering because they cannot currently access good medical care.

This isn’t an issue that would be solved by nurses’ officials only but also you as a Kenyan is to be part of it. Let your voice be heard!
