Uhuru Secondary Saga- TSC interdicts female teachers who accused principal of harassment

The teachers' employers, TSC, has interdicted the two Uhuru Secondary school female teachers who had accused their principal of sexual harassment and humane treatment. The Bujumbura, Nairobi-based teacher was in the news last month.

In a letter seen, dated 3rd April 2017, the commission interdicted the teachers, citing that the two ladies had given false accounts against their boss, Mr. Duncan Juma.

Mary Karimi and Ancella Cherotich were served with interdiction letters pending disciplinary sessions with the TSC bosses at the county level, once they have put their defenses in written.

They are to vacate offices they hold, if any and stay away from the workplace, effective from the date indicated on that letter, for the next twenty one days. In addition, they will forfeit their annual leave.
