The opposition leader Raila Odinga has been put to task about his twenty-five years he was the member of parliament of Kibera.
A number of Jubilee opposition are accusing Raila Odinga of being the MP for Langata yet he did nothing to uplift the lives of people living in Kibera slum.
On the other hand, they have praised the Jubilee government for transforming Kibera in many ways. According to them, Uhuru’s development record in Kibera slum can be seen in just four years they have been in power.
The boost of the revolution they have brought in the largest slum in Kenya, Empowering the youth and generally translating vision into reality with what they have done to the residents of Kibera.
Jubilee has clearly indicated that Raila made empty promises to the residents of Kibera and it is time for the resident of Kibera and Kenyan, in general, to re-elect the Jubilee leadership so that they can finish up their development projects they had already started.
Severally the Deputy President William Ruto has hinted that the Jubilee leadership is committed to delivering the promises they made to Kenyans.
He further said that it is time for Kenyans to unite and do away with tribal politics which for many years has slowed down development.
“We should go beyond tribal lines politics and elect leaders with a greater vision for the people of Kenya,” said Ruto
On the other hand, the opposition led by Raila has in many occasion accused the Jubilee Government of multiple corruption cases saying that it is time to free Kenyans from the bondage of corruption.
For most Kenyans, they say that they will choose to be true to this country, come August 8th.They will go to the polls not as members of a certain tribe but as a Kenyans hungry for reforms.
