Kenya: The Ministry of Devolution, headed by Anne Waiguru, is doing a commendable job especially in cleaning our informal settlements. In both Kiambu and Nairobi counties for instance, the projects being championed by NYS are visible for all and sundry to see.

However, that is where the good news ends. I strongly feel that these young Kenyans are being cheated by the Government. The kind of work they are assigned is what county governments are supposed to do.
