CORD seeks to save Constituency Development Fund through referendum

Nairobi, Kenya: The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) is seeking to save Constituency Development Fund through the Referendum after High court declared it unconstitutional.

 The opposition notes that all Members of Parliament regardless of party affiliation are undoubtedly anxious about the future of the system as are also the people at the grassroots that have many incomplete projects started under CDF.
