Residents frogmarch a man to the police station after he was allegedly caught stealing sheep in Madioli village in Shinyalu Kakamega county. It is said the suspect used a jembe to cut off the sheep's head. Police said he will be arraigned in Kakamega Law Courts once investigations are complete.
