A man caused a scene when he roughed up his brother at a supermarket on Nairobi’s Jogoo Road for wearing his best suit.

The brother had checked in at the supermarket with his girlfriend. It is said the two brothers are neighbours in a city estate but the elder brother had been away from the last two weeks.

The younger man took the advantage to dominate his brother’s house including putting on his clothes.  According to neighbours he used to even bring women to his brother’s house, which is well-furnished telling the women it is his.

The elder man returned to the city but decided to buy some household items before proceeding home. At the entrance he collided with his brother fully dressed in his best suit, hand in hand with the girlfriend both carrying popcorn and juice.

Before he could ask any questions he descended on the young man with kicks and blows attracting onlookers. The woman sensing danger escaped through the mob.

The drama, which had provided the much-needed comical relief was terminated by supermarket attendants and security guards who dispersed the onlookers who had blocked the main entrance.

The young man  was rescued by the attendants while the older man checked in to do the shopping promising to teach the young fellow a lesson later.
