A technology solutions provider plans to increase its footprint in Africa. Ison Technologies, with its headquarters in Nairobi, said it will this year open eight new offices in southern African countries as well as Senegal and Ivory Coast as it looks to deepen its service offerings.

Ison Technologies Vice President Saurabh Jain announced this when the firm unveiled a new Network Operations Centre (NOC) at its headquarters in Nairobi.

The NOC provides round the clock support to the Ison’s customers, enabling the firm to remotely monitor and manage a call centre technology platform that it has deployed in partnership with Avaya for clients across different countries in Africa.
