One lucky Kenyan will celebrate the New Year in style with a Sh100 million cash award. This is when the winner of the Lotto New Year Super Power Draw will be unveiled on December 31, 2016.

The New Year’s Eve draw will come hot on the heels of Lotto’s Christmas Power Draw that saw lucky Humphrey Mutugi bank Sh10 million. Mutugi’s pay day in the 117th draw win brought the total number of Lotto winners to 1,289,137.

“After the Sh10 million win by Humphrey Mutugi, we are looking forward to presenting a lucky winner our ground-breaking Sh100 million New Year draw cheque,” Brian Waluchio, the Lotto chief executive officer, said.
