Huawei donates smartphones and tablets to Henry Wanyoike Foundation to be used by the visually impaired before The Henry Wanyoike Hope for The Future Run.

Huawei Kenya donated 16 smartphones and tablets to Henry Wanyoike Foundation in support of his initiative to support the visually impaired in Kenya during a visit to the firm to share his inspiring story with staff ahead of the Henry Wanyoike Hope for the Future run scheduled on June 8, 2019.

Henry Wanyoike is a Kenyan world record holder of the 5,000m Sydney Paralympics held in 2000. He is also a gold medalist in the 10,000m Athens Paralympics held in 2004 and won a bronze medal at the 5,000m Beijing Paralympics in 2008. Henry continues to participate in International Paralympic marathons and National races.
