Fish packaging: With ban on plastics, crisis looms

Fishermen are staring at a crisis as the ban on plastic bags approaches. They said they have no way of packaging fish other than in plastic bags.

They have requested a meeting with the Department of Public Health and the National Environment Management Authority to discuss the next course of action just a month before the ban becomes effective.
