CS tells men that what matters is what you have in your pocket and what you carry in your trousers

ICT Cabinet Secretary, Eliud Owalo, has told young men that being neatly dressed and wearing trendy clothes cannot win a woman over for a romantic relationship.

The CS was speaking during relief food distribution in Homa Bay County, where he told men gathered at the event that the most important factor to woo a lover is the 'weight' of his pockets.

"We are past the era when men were recognized by their neat dressing, including putting on a neck tie. What matters nowadays is what a man has in his pocket, and women who are here will attest to that," said Owalo.

He added that another important requirement is 'what a man has in his trousers'.

"Women will tell you that just being neat is not enough. What matters is what you have in your pocket and what you carry in your trousers," Owalo said.

"If you want to be rich today, venture into self-employment in which you do artisan jobs or any form of legitimate business. Relying on white collar jobs only is already overtaken by events," he added, while urging youth to take advantage of the Hustler Fund to do business.
