Marsha Wattanapanich plays the two roles of conjoined twins. Pim and Ploy fall in love with the same man, Wee (Vittaya Wasukraipaisan). Ploy gets angry when Wee chooses Pim instead of her. Pim cannot go anywhere until Ploy agrees since they are conjoined.

When the two love birds are to meet, Ploy would not agree to it. The twins have to undergo an operation to be separated, and as a result, Ploy dies. Ploy begins haunting her sister.
