Doctors' union sues Nairobi Hospital CEO for failing to obey court orders

The Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) has filed a case against Nairobi Hospital boss James Nyamongo, for allegedly failing to obey court orders.

This comes about two months after an Employment and Labour Court directed the hospital's Chief Executive Officer to recognize the union since because it represents a majority of its staff.
