1,230 graduate police officers to be paid inspector salaries backdated to Nov. 2021

The National Police Service Commission (NPSC) has instructed the Acting Inspector-General of Police Noor Gabow and the Acting Director of Criminal Investigations Massa Hamisi to pay 1,233 graduate police officers salaries equivalent to their inspector rank.

The graduate police officers had been lowered in rank from inspectors to constables shortly after admission to the police service.
