I came across a post by a gentleman called Steve Steve in Luo Community group, which read, “There are certain names that are becoming extinct among the 30-year olds and below among the Luos. Such names as Siprosa, Truphosa, Jekonia, Trufena, Sablon, Androniko, Marikus, Yunia, Silibia, Anderikus...”.
He concludes by stating that Luos are fast losing their culture. It looks funny but when you think of it Steve is right.
