Former MCA Charles Kirigwi was yesterday elected as the East of the Rift Valley smallholder tea farmers representative.
Kirigwi will represent Kiambu, Narok, Murang'a, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Tharaka Nithi, Embu and Meru in the revived Tea Board of Kenya.
