17 die, 284 test positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours

Kenya has recorded 284 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 6.3 per cent, raising the country's caseload to 171,942.

The Health Ministry said in a statement on June 4 that the new infections were discovered in 4,540 samples taking the cumulated tests conducted so far to 1,826,756.
