King Kaka asks for protection hours after release of controversial song

Kenyan Rapper Kennedy Ombima alias King Kaka or Kaka Sungura on Saturday, December 14, 2019, asked for protection, hours after releasing his latest song 'Wajinga Nyinyi'.

In the Song, the artiste mentioned a number of problems faced by Kenyans and pointed out the cause and the people whom he thought were behind their suffering.

He blamed Kenyans for their misfortune saying they play a crucial role in their own downfall by electing the wrong leaders.

Some of the controversial lyrics in his song include;

“Ati Waiguru ako kwa office na story ya NYS tulishasahau Biro moja alibuy 8 thao Biro tunanunuanga mbao”

(Waiguru is in office, we have forgotten she bought one pen at Sh8000, we buy a pen at Sh20.)

“City stadium imekuwa renovation for 3 years budget ziwatoshe While Sonko anadance tu kwa Ofe
Swali”

(City Stadium has been under renovation for three years… while Sonko is dancing in the office.)

“KRA wanatuibia ndio wapatie wezi pesa Deadline ya tax return ni Tuesday Jengeni tu, sips tea iko na mercury kwa shuge Swali”

(KRA are stealing from us to give the money to thieves… sips tea containing mercury.)

“Uko na account offshore zimejaa money Na account ya daughter ya waititu iko na depo ya 100 mita”

(You have offshore accounts full of money… Waititu’s daughter’s account has a Sh100m deposit.)

Moha umefunga jicho, jicho pevu ni Kipofu Huduma number kumbe ilikuwa u ka scam flani

(Moha has closed his eye, ‘Jicho pevu’ has become blind, Huduma number was a scam.)
