A former Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church elder has been charged in court for allegedly defiling a Form Two girl in Homa Bay county.

Tobias Koga appeared before Homa Bay Senior Resident Magistrate Joy Wesonga for allegedly having carnal knowledge of the 17-year-old girl.
