Prosecution has 21 days to produce witness statements in Humphrey Kariuki's case

Prosecutors in Sh41 billion tax evasion case against businessman Humphrey Kariuki have been granted 21 days to furnish the defense with all witness documents and statements.

This is after the parties appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Mutuku on Thursday and prosecution said that they require 21 more days to enable them to compile and supply witness statements to the defense.
