Mexican drug lord El Chapo was a ruthless killer who ordered the murder of a man who once refused to shake his hand, jurors were told on Monday.The trial of Joaquin Guzman heard the most dramatic testimony from Jesus Zambada after three days on the witness stand at a court in New York.

Zambada, the brother of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada who was Guzman's alleged partner in running the Sinaloa Cartel, described El Chapo's involvement in a series of murders.
