Former ‘The Trend’ show host Njambi Koikai, popularly known as Fayah mama, has been in hospital for a while now battling endometriosis. She underwent a successful surgery in Atlanta, US on 1st March, 2018 but remained under intensive care due to lung complications.
Njambi has all along put up a brave face despite the complications and the huge medical bills from her admission in the American hospital. Recently, she shared a short video of herself struggling to walk as part of the after-surgery-therapy. Her followers were moved and encouraged her to continue with her brave fight as they wished her quick recovery.
In the same post, the Fayah Mama is making requests people to fundraise for her to enable her settle the huge medical bill which is currently at 6.6 million Kenyan Shillings.
Part of the post read: I am still fundraising and kindly asking for your assistance to pay the hospital bill and therapy that shot up after my long hospitalisation.
