Nairobi Kenya: Acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i has declared Tuesday November 28 as a public holiday to enable Kenyans to attend President-Elect Uhuru Kenyatta’s inauguration.

This is as new details emerge that the ritual of handing over the instruments of power and authority will not happen during the ceremony.
