Jubilee Party drags Raila Odinga's name into Safran saga

National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga and his allies helped Safran Morpho secure its first contract in 2013, two Jubilee Party leaders have claimed.

Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa claimed that the former prime minister ordered direct procurement of the Kenya Integrated Electronic Management System kits from Safran Morpho.
