NAIROBI, KENYA: NASA leader Raila Odinga on Thursday said criminals started posting results into the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission servers (IEBC) servers a day before the election date (August 8).
He said that NASA technology experts were able to discover the malpractice from the logs given to them by the electoral body.
