Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu says she will ring-fence her county for NASA during the re-run presidential campaigns following the Supreme Court nullification of the August 8 presidential election.

Speaking after flagging off mobile clinics outreach and nurses programme at the Kitui's County Referral Hospital on Monday , the Governor said it  was unacceptable for President Uhuru Kenyatta to hurl insults at the Judiciary, in particular the Supreme Court Chief Justice David Maraga.
