Do NASA have faith in IEBC to conduct another election?

On 1 September 2017, The supreme court of Kenya declared the presidential elections invalid, null and void. CJ Justice Maraga has said the the IEBC breached the constitution and it committed various irregularities affecting the integrity of the polls. The Supreme Court has ordered the IEBC to conduct another election in 60 days.

NASA leaders, however, are saying that they do not have faith in the IEBC to conduct another election.

Thirdway Alliance candidate Ekuru Aukot say IEBC unfit to manage fresh elections and that the current IEBC officials should be punished. He has also said that he wants the UN to run Kenya's newly declared presidential election.

"Our view is that the UN should hold the next elections and not Chebukati and his team who are criminals and should be charged," Said Ekuru Aukot.

Senator Kangata: NASA says they have no faith in the IEBC, they cannot remove them, and Parliament is in the hands of Jubilee. He also said that the judges have admitted they haven’t read all the submissions and that they shall we shall win again.
