Voting delayed at Nakuru Town East Constituency following missing ballot papers

There was confusion at Nairobi Road Primary School polling station in Nakuru after election officials announced that there were no ballot papers for the Members of County Assembly (MCAs). 

According to Nono Githiomi, a registered voter at the station, the voters had turned up at dawn to  vote. "We came very early but no voting could continue at Stream 3. The ballot papers belonged to a ward in Kirinyaga," said Githiomi.
