National Super Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga has said that some of the development projects being launched in the county by the Jubilee leadership were initiated by the grand coalition government when he was prime minister.
Raila accused President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy, William Ruto, of riding on projects they did not initiate to gain political relevance in the region.
