County Housing and Urban Planning Executive Barnabas Ngeno has warned that his office will not issue permits to real estate developers who don't follow construction rules.
Speaking during an inspection tour of Kapkatet trading centre in Bureti, Ngeno who was accompanied by Kapkatet MCA Hillary Bett, said some real estate developers were putting up unplanned buildings.
