Moyale-Turbi-Marsabit road opens northern Kenya to investment

The last time I was in Moyale, it was six years ago and it took me two days travelling from Nakuru. Well, this week President Uhuru Kenyatta was in Moyale in his reelection campaign.

However, beyond the Jubilee quest for votes, one thing caught the eyes of many people. The Moyale-Turbi-Marsabit road is smooth, beautiful and one of the longest in Kenya. This is a real investment that the government has undertaken and it will remain a pillar of hope to many generations as the northern side of the country is opened up for business and investment.
